Open the blanche.jpg or your own photo. With the selection tool make an oval-soft edge 30-40 and drag it to your workspace and minimize it. We'll need it a little later.

Back to the original, right click copy, right click paste, resize this top image to 500x362 and align/center/both.

Still on the top image - Open the Easy Palette/Special effects/colored pen (in XL Effect/artistic/colored pen).

Then Easy Palette/Fills and Textures/Emboss nr 7. It should now look like this.

With the Outline drawing tool draw a rectangle width3-2d, around your top image. Fill it with color from your photo. Doubleclick on the emboss/7. Deselect.

Draw another outline rectangle inside the first one , width 4, fill with the color from photo or use the original image. Click on Web/ Button designer/ Any shape with these settings.

Open your selected oval and place it on your graphic. Merge all. Click on Photo/Focus/Options/Auto adjust. (XL Format/Focus)
Make a 2D border, width-4 around the image, fill with color from the photo and double click on Emboss/7 again.
